Apple x NAMI Chicago – Mindful Mondays

On April 28, Apple partnered with NAMI Chicago to host a special "Mindful Mondays" session at the Apple Store on Michigan Avenue, led by Alexa James, the CEO of NAMI Chicago, and Wellness Manager Robyn Rabicke. "Mindful Movement" explored the connection between mental health and movement, and included a group walk along the River Walk.

To support this initiative, we collaborated with the Apple Store team to create a concise and informative keynote presentation. This presentation provided an overview of NAMI Chicago and educated participants on the concept of mindfulness.

Additionally, the session featured a demonstration of the Apple Watch features, including Fitness+ and the Mindfulness app, to better inform attendees and customers about digital tools to support well-being.
