NAMI Chicago Mindful Mondays

Apple needs no introduction as one of the most recognizable brands in the world. In the Spring of 2025, the Apple Michigan Avenue flagship store was looking to launch Mindful Mondays–a powerful series that would connect community and culture to the in-store experience. 

Understanding the connection between wellness and mental health as vitally important to the Apple community, the flagship partnered with NAMI Chicago to host an exclusive session around “Mindful Movement.” To support this initiative, I not only coordinated this activation but also worked closely with the Apple event planning team to design a concise presentation and keynote, followed by a mindful walk along Chicago’s River Walk. 

The limited session attracted over 30 registrations and included a demonstration of Apple Watch features, such as Fitness+ and the Mindfulness app, to better inform attendees and consumers about digital tools that support well-being.
